This sample letter or email letter is for those ; who has suffered of illogical data download at his SIM and want to stop the internet service to get rid of the problem.

Sub- Request to stop the internet(GPRS) at my SIM because illogical data download showing on my SIM (For the month of September-2012) till 18-09-2012.
Respectfully I want to say that I checked my SIM internet data download on 19-09-2012 and found an illogical data download (4528060 KB i.e. 4.5GB approx). My SIM is under CUG connection through XXX[ORGANISATION]. My SIM is under GPRS PLAN-89. Maximum data download limit is 2 GB in this plan.
I don’t know how it happened. I didn’t get any alert message on my mobile when my download limit was crossed the 2 GB data limit. Fortunately I checked my account on 19-09-2012 and noticed the illogical download. Therefore, I request you to kindly stop my GPRS internet at my SIM.
I already sent a SMS to the BSNL customer care(mobile-xxxxxxxxxx) on 20-09-2012, 7:18 AM to stop the GPRS immediately. However the customer care advised me to write an application through proper channel XXX[ORGANISATION].
