Respectfully I want to state that I have lost my original library card by mistake yesterday somewhere in the school . I tried my best to search the card but failed to find it. I am facing problem for my study as I am unable to get issue a library book. Immediately I need a Geography book. If possible please arrange for the issue of this book.

I, therefore, request you to kindly issue my a library card in duplicate as soon as possible. I shall be highly obliged.
