Hi, I hope you are doing well. I was thinking about the discussion we had last month and I wanted to talk about it more in this letter. I would like to continue the conversation by saying that yes, keeping ourselves healthy. It is mandatory to accustom our body to physical exercise and eating the right amount of carbohydrates, proteins, fiber, vitamins and minerals. Junk food should be avoided to maximum extent. Taking stress is a negative factor which is unhealthy for the body. To have mental peace, meditation should be done. Laughter is said to be the best medicine which also rejuvenates the body. Quality amount of "Me-Time" should be given to ourselves because mental exercise is also important with physical exercise. These are some of the important health concepts which are adhered by me.
Therefore, I advise you to follow these important routines which will benefit for a longer run. I also, advise you to take care of your health on regular basis.
