Dear Sir,

I am sorry to state that your son, Rohan, is disturbing the peaceful atmosphere of locality. Other people from our locality are coming up with the same complaints. After several requests and warnings to Rohan, he is still not paying heed to troubles of neighbours. 

Rohan loves music, and that is good for him. But he is always playing it at high volume every night. It is no offense if he is doing so in other parts of the day. He should also be mindful of other people in the locality. It is his responsibility to keep the volume low. This locality consists of people of different ages. Old people cannot withstand such loud noise. It is unhealthy for their age. Some of them are also cardiac patients, and for them, such loud music is unbearable. They are always at risk of cardiac arrest. Similarly, other working people want a good sleep after a tiring day. Rohan's act of playing music so loudly hinders their sleeping habits and patterns. There are students like me who prefer to study late at night. We are being abstained from concentrating on our study. Rohan is a good boy who is enthusiastic about music. He can practice whenever he wants except at night. 

If this complaint is neglected, then  I am sorry but I have to inform the Resident Welfare Association about the issue and request them to intervene. Further, I on behalf of our locality will be compelled  to file noise pollution complaint to municipal authorities. 

Therefore, Sir, it is a kind request to you to make Rohan understand the issues of our locality. It will be humble of you to talk with our neighbours on this matter.
