Sample eMail Letter to a Company from another company official

Sir,
I think you can guess  me. I ,XXXX (XXX-name of the company), completed training in August 2012.
As you know well that commissioning of the two machines had been completed by XXX  on 1-4-2013. We have gotten 2 nos. Laptop from XXX official.

But we didn't received application software and also we didn't get any free commissioning training from XXX1X person.

We discussed about downloading data procedure etc from XXXX Sir,but he told that XXX1X person will come to explain about this.

I tried to contact XXX1X Person XXX Singh, but he didn't picked mobile.
Please advise me , what to do from our side
