3 days Leave Application and Request Retest of Unit Test-1

This application is very much needed for the students ; who missed to attend the Unit Test-1 after reopening of the school after Summer  Vacation. It has been noticed that many schools do this to take the one unit test paper just on the opening day after Summer Vacation. To write this application to get the chance of retest you have to give strong reason. So read this sample letter.

 With due respect I beg to state that my daughter was out of station from 11-05-2013 (during Summer Vacation). Because of her uncle's death she couldn't attend school from 10-06-2013 to 13-06-2013.

           I, therefore, request you to kindly grant her a leave of three days and do the needful for retest (Unit Test dated 10-06-2013) if possible. I shall be highly obliged .
