Letter for Vocational Training Course in an Organisation

This letter is generally required if anybody wants to get the vocational training from an organisation. Many students; who are undergoing any engineering course generally required to get a vocational training from a reputed organisation. So he get a letter from his respective institution on the pad of that institution. After that he may approach an organisation with that request letter to get a vocational training. For this the students have to pay the vocational training fee. It is nominal. So to do this he has to write a sample letter to the organisation. That letter may be written as given below.

My brother Shri XXXX wants to undergo vocational Training in XXX (organisation name) in month of January 2013. In this connection a request letter from Institution is enclosed with this letter.
