Sub: Poor Condition of Drainage and Sanitation in our locality.


This letter is to bring to your notice about the poor condition of drainage and sanitation in my locality. Sanitation and proper hygiene is very important for a healthy environment. Without proper green environment, people will be prone to living conditions which might lure in deadly diseases.

During the monsoon season, the drainage area floods up causing stench around the entire area. Due to the over flow of drain, automobiles cannot travel in the area which in turn causes traffic and also it is difficult to walk around that area. The garbage is not picked up every day from the garbage chute which has made the area very unhygienic and polluted with bad smell and because of it, mosquitoes and other insects have increased.

It is a request from all the residents of our area to make proper arrangement of cleaning the area because hygiene is very important for a healthy living.

We We ,therefore, also request you to kindly take quick step to eradicate this problem and oblige.
