Letter to Mayor of your area about Poor Condition of Street Light in your Locality

Question : Write a letter to the Mayor of your area about the poor condition of street light.And explain the related unsafe condition and incident that can harm the people of that locality.

Note: Different locality and residential area have different issues. Therefore you can modify the problems of your particular area as per actual condition of your locality. This is a general form of the letter that includes about all normal and common problems arising due to bad condition of street light.

Sub: Letter for Street Light Problem

This letter is to bring to your notice about the extremely poor condition of the street lights in my locality. Because of unavailability of the street lights during the night, the vehicles are unable to see the area clearly which may cause accidents in the future. Since it comes under residential area, it is highly dangerous for the pedestrians because they cannot see which way they are going. It is also dangerous for the street animals like cats and dogs which may get killed accidentally because of lack of lights on the street. Some of the street lights which are working, are not in proper condition, electrical wires are hanging from the street light pole which is dangerous and hazardous for people.It is high time that proper care should be take to make the area a safe place. It is a request to the Mayor to make proper amendments for it.

l ,therefore, request you to kindly take necessary steps to rectify the problem of street light of our locality and oblige.
