Complain Letter to the Postmaster for undelivery of a parcel

Question : Write a letter to the Postmaster of your town complaining him about the non delivery of a parcel you sent to your friend a week ago.

I regret to inform you that a parcel of mine sent by post to my friend a week ago, has not been delivered yet.
This is a very urgent parcel. Deferral in its conveyance has caused me misfortune both fiscally and rationally. In addition, it has placed me in a humiliating circumstance. It has been a week since the non-receipt of the parcel. It shows up either the package is conveyed to another person or it is lost in travel.
I have asked for him a few times to convey the package appropriately and in time, however he constantly turned hard of hearing ear to my demand. Such a state is a terrible name on the reasonable name of Postal Department.
Kindly make sure that it won't occur next time. Hope you will give accurate delivery from next. So that we will not suffer.

I, therefore, request you to trace it immediately and expedite its delivery to the recipient. Thanking you
