Subject: Suggestion for Starting Photography Classes in School
Respected Sir/Madam,
With due respect, I would like to suggest starting photography classes in our school.
Last week, on Friday, I found the students discussing about their likes and dislikes for certain professions and hobbies. In the conclusion, we found that many of us are enthusiastic about photography. We found a common liking for photography and we also discovered our determination to improve in this field. Some of the students also revealed that they are taking free lessons on YouTube in learning the basics but they are unable to find comprehensive free courses on the platform. Photography is an extremely creative field that requires patience and acute observations. It aids students in expressing themselves visually. The photographs taken by them signify their convictions, principles and instincts. Some of the shy students who are unable to communicate in the classroom find photography as a medium to share their important thought process. This can also help teachers to figure out the hurdles of the students and to counsel them properly to let them at ease.
Nowadays, photography is evolving as a good future career option with the evolution and development of technology. It is no more that expensive career option in current times as it used to be in old times. Therefore, photography has evolved beyond a hobby.
Now, the important topic is that of the benefits of photography. Through the introduction of photography, the students will be able to grasp the skills of handling camera; knowing about different angles; and learn and improve their editing skills. Creativity, observation and patience are the soft skills they will learn automatically while engaging in photography classes. In order to integrate photography in our curriculum, we can commence by making a club for it and it will be conducted in the last two days of every week. In this way we can coordinate both our studies and learning skills. As a high quality camera is costly and difficult for 14-15 years student to handle, therefore, I request you to give them permission to bring smartphone in the classes for the purpose of learning photography.
Therefore, sir, I would kindly request you to give a thought to this beneficial prospect for the students. Many students would be interested to attend the classes. Thank you very much for your time and support.
Yours obediently,
